Welcome, I'm Samuel F. Lilly, founder of MoveOn LLC™ and creator of The Consistent Investor™.

My mission is simple: to help everyday investors understand how money, markets, and investing really work through practical financial education and real-world experience.

For more than 30 years, I built a career in banking, finance, lending, management, and investing. Throughout that journey, I had a front-row seat to how the financial system operates, not just in textbooks, but in the real world. I worked directly with individuals, businesses, and financial professionals making decisions that affected credit, risk, investment performance, and long-term financial stability.

Over the course of my career, I approved loans, evaluated credit risk, managed portfolios, led financial teams, and held leadership positions ranging from branch management to district-level oversight. I was responsible for balancing profitability, compliance, customer relationships, and disciplined risk management through both strong economic periods and challenging market conditions.

Those experiences shaped the philosophy that guides everything I teach today.
